Join us on this journey of innovation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a PHP Developer at Innovare Dreams LLP located in Thane. The PHP Developer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks including back-end web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, software development, and programming.Responsibilities:  Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.  Write clean, efficient, and secure PHP code following best practices and coding standards.  Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to implement user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.  Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.  Perform website maintenance and updates, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.  Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).  Conduct thorough testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.  Manage and maintain databases associated with WordPress installations.  Stay up to date with the latest WordPress and PHP trends, techniques, and technologies.  Provide technical support and assistance to clients or end-users when needed. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  Proven experience as a PHP Developer and WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio of WordPress & PHP projects.  Proficiency in PHP programming and understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.  Experience with Laravel, and Code ignitor PHP frameworks.  Solid knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugin development.  Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  Familiarity with MySQL or other database management systems.  Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.  Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.  Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code.  Good communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.  Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques is a plus.  Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.  Familiarity with server administration and hosting environments is a plus.
