Drive internal projects to completion, addressing team challenges. Involved in day-to-day business activities, tracking brand outputs, and developing branding strategies for performance-driven growth.Service brands/clients for all existing deals, overseeing the entire process from the briefing stage to campaign servicing. Focus on expanding client engagement and upscaling all key accounts.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction through creative ideation and strategy, formalize SOPs covering project scope, cost, and schedule, provide timely project deliverables meeting all client-specified requirements, and effectively manage the entire Client Servicing team handling diverse sector accounts.  Proactively start a sales outreach program to generate new leads by leveraging existing relationships and fostering new business development. Establish and manage a robust pipeline to exceed quarterly revenue targets.  Financial performance of the client cluster - meeting overall revenue targets and ensuring profitability of the cluster. We would need to focus on opportunities for higher-order value-added services. Will be responsible for the leading scope of work & fee/commission negotiations with clients and implementing "smart contracting" practices to ensure we are rightfully compensated for our efforts.QualificationsPossess a minimum of 4 years of experience, with a background in start-ups or agencies, specifically in client servicing, operations, or account management.Demonstrate prior experience in Digital Marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of various media channels such as Google, Social Media, and Programmatic buying.Exhibit strong program management skills, showcasing the ability to oversee end-to-end processes, manage long-term projects, and handle multiple projects concurrently.Display robust solutions, negotiation, and pitching skills, with the capacity to influence and drive initiatives across client organizations.Showcase exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a solid grasp of business concepts.Demonstrate effective communication by articulating thoughts clearly and presenting with a well-defined structure.Exhibit a passion for Digital Marketing, coupled with a profound dedication to customer satisfaction and a love for everything related to the field.
