They aim to create engaging, efficient, and contemporary interior and architectural design spaces that bring joy to every individual who interacts with them.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Falam Design And Built Studio located in Ahmedabad. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). They will collaborate with clients and the team to create innovative interior design spaces that meet the clients' needs and exceed expectations.Responsibilities Create attractive designs and layouts for various projectsMeet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desiresCommunicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needsPrepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clientsCreate quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followedMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantQualificationsSpace Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skillsInterior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) skillsStrong attention to detail and creativityExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in relevant design softwareKnowledge of construction materials, services, and sustainabilityBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldExperience in commercial interior design projectsInterior DesignersSpace Planning, Interior Design, skillsExperience in architecture and construction drawingsKnowledge of building codes and regulationsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design softwareCreativity and attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a team and meet deadlines3D VisualizerStrong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max or V-Ray, or lumion and EnscapeExperience creating realistic and accurate 3D visuals of interior spacesKnowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishesAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesPortfolio showcasing previous interior design 3D visualization workSend Portfolio and Resume on: studio.falam@gmail.com PRB
