Kenvue GCC BengaluruJob Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in the CPG/FMCG or Retail industry and be well-versed in data analytics, data science functions, and stakeholder management. The Business Analyst will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, documenting project requirements, and providing support throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDevelop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional requirements, and use casesAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates and progressCollect and analyze data using data analytics and data science functions to identify trends and insights. Should have experience working with Power BI, Power Query, DAX and excelDevelop and execute test plans and manage UAT activitiesIdentify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to optimize business processesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the CPG/FMCG or Retail industryStrong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and data science functionsProven experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience in testing requirements and managing UAT activitiesStrong knowledge of syndicated data and EcommerceTechnology Understanding:Snowflake Data Warehouse, Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning ATS
