Our project is adjacent to the Sarjapura-Hosur 150 feet Road, according to the CDP plan, and is also located near popular schools, hospitals and a Metro station.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our business. This role requires an individual who can think strategically, understands the importance of customer engagement, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and oversee the execution of a marketing plan across multiple channels, including online and offline advertising, events, brand management, and promotional campaigns for the company.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to create engaging and high-quality marketing contentStrong project management and organizational skillsProven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and ideasExperience managing a team and leading cross-functional projectsWell-versed in digital marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and online advertisingExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsProven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategyExperience in event management and public relations is a plus PRB
