Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) team is seeking to hire Seller Consultants to manage our partner accounts across categories. CBT team supports international sellers on Walmart Marketplaces (MP). You will join a high performing & motivated team working on a mission to help thousands of Indian sellers to sell globally on Walmart MP. As an Seller Consultants for Long Tail accounts, you will be conducting seller training seminars, developing learning modules for various seller needs, developing assortment guides every quarter for focus categories and sharing with sellers to get the right assortment on Walmart MP. Managing sellers are scale through platform initiatives, training is the core of this role. Responsibilities include expanding product selection, improving product availability, building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal & external partners, category analytics, providing guidance to sellers on Walmart Fulfillment Services, Walmart Connect program. You will work with various stakeholders and teams across the Walmart organization both locally and internationally. What are you expected to do? Since the business is being setup from scratch, you get the opportunity to work on the 0-1 journey of CBT business. You will own specific business portfolio and create your own playbook for managing business at scale.Develop ways of working with internal and external stakeholders and build short-term & long-term business deliverables.Ensure business deliverables like #SKUs, active offers, GMV and seller's growth, operations metrics like on-time delivery, cancellations & returns are on track as per the annual operating plan.Proactively identify improvement areas and conduct trainings for various seller cohorts across all focus categoriesManage initiatives and projects for better seller experience & growth opportunitiesConduct deep dive analysis and provide routine reporting on the seller's business performance and future growth areasWork closely with the business development team and share requirements to get sellers in focus categoriesBasic Qualification· Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers· 4+ year relevant experience in sales· Experience of conducting seminars, developing learning modulesIdeal Candidate:· High level of motivation with results orientation· Good analytical skills and a passion for solving problems· Ability to make decisions in the face of ambiguity· Hunger to deliver, matched with resilience when things don't go our way the first time· Willingness to roll up our sleeves to get things done· Excellent communication skills: ability to work directly with all levels of our Seller's organization· Enjoy working as a team, but have the ability to own outcomes and work autonomouslyPreferred QualificationsMBA from Tier 1/2 campus with good academic recordWork experience of 4-7 years in salesDeep understanding of e-commerce. Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantageExcellent communication and influencing skillsExposure to the start-up environment is an added advantageStructured problem solving, i.e., Identifying and solving problems through process enhancementsAbility to prioritize tasks - attention to detail and adherence to deadlinesWalmart Sourcing doesn't charge any recruitment or similar fee in the recruitment process including but not limited to interview, offering and onboarding.
