Quality Inspector for Aircraft Parts - Permanent - Montreal, QCWe are looking for a Quality Inspector for Aircraft Parts to join our client's state-of-the-art facility team in Montreal, QC. This could be the perfect opportunity for you if you are passionate about the world of aviation and have fun doing it!Responsibilities:· Hold to the highest standards by ensuring strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.· Become a master of part evaluation, determining the fate of unusable parts with accuracy and expertise.· Take charge of the cost assessment of the repair and overhaul of quarantined parts, demonstrating a keen sense of finances.· Immerse yourself in the exciting task of receiving and valuing goods from various sources, highlighting your keen eye for detail.· You will be the ultimate certifier, bringing the seal of approval for all parts needed for our fleet of aircraft.· Collaborate seamlessly with our supply chain team and suppliers, ensuring quality assurance is top-notch.· Champion our safety programs and quality management system, ensuring excellence in all areas.· You stay ahead of the curve by taking training courses, allowing you to continuously improve your qualifications.· Share your knowledge by training and guiding other team members in the workplace.· Maintain and update critical master data related to certification, status, and condition, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.· Accept any additional tasks or challenges assigned by your supervisor with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.Qualifications:· M1/M2 License· 5 years of experience in a similar role· Experience in aircraft parts certification.· MS Office - Word, Excel and OutlookThis position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
