Clearoute is seeking an organized, diligent and experienced professional to join the team as a full-time Program Manager. The Program Manager will support Clearoute's communications team and global partners, by coordinating and overseeing various projects in the sports, youth and entertainment sector for a not-for-profit client.About HumanitiHumaniti is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping change lives around the world. The position requires you to be detail oriented, analytical, and problem-solve. You will be called upon to handle multiple projects, and you will be required to be able to effectively manage a heavy workload.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and analyze proposals and proactively identify new program opportunities.Manage local and international aid projects from project initiation to project completion while ensuring that policies and processes are followedCarry out the monitoring and evaluation of projects, providing feedback and suggestions for future improvementsOrganize and maintain project folders and project communicationsWork collaboratively with the Programs team to expand portfolios and advise on new strategies that align with our missionPlay a leading role in program design, for solicited and unsolicited projects, and for pilot and full scale projectsHelp partners and country offices troubleshoot, prepare work plans and other programmatic deliverables, and provide surge support for project managementResearch and evaluate potential local and international partners (e.g., due diligence processes) for proposal opportunitiesCommunicate with donors on program-related issues; prepare progress reports, situation reports, briefing notes as neededWrite impact reports and communication pieces for relevant audiencesQualificationsBachelor's degree in International Relations, International Development, or related fieldMaster's degree preferred3-5 years experience implementing and/or supporting international relief and development programs with experience travelling to the fieldMust have capacity for both local and international travel and active legal documentation (passport / vehicle etc.)Knowledge of CRA Charities Directorate rules and guidelines is an assetUnderstanding of project/program management techniques and methodsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Strong representational skills, expertise in donor relations.Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and OutlookDemonstrated ability to ensure compliance of proposals to donor requirementsExcellent problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to addressing challengesLeadership and organizational skills with a track record of successful project deliveryBudget and financial management experienceExcellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlinesAbility to act independently to identify and analyze problems and recommend solutionsGood habits of self-care to function well in stressful environmentsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in English, preferred to speak other languages such as Arabic, Urdu, and FrenchBenefits:Dental careExtended health careOn-site gymOn-site basketball courtOn-site squash courtFree or discounted foodFree on-site parkingPaid time offCompany events*Humaniti is an equal opportunity employer and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
