  • The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
  • She/He will promote corporate values and enable success through human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Implement and manage employee development plans.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Deal with disciplinary actions, such as terminations, as needed.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR-related projects, such as organizational restructuring or culture initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Education and Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree and/or professional HR certification preferred.
  • A minimum of Eleven (11) years of Human Resource Management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in an NGO environment is an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources Metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
