- Review and process client's payroll transactions efficiently within defined SLA's.
- Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month end, statutory reports and year end related activities.
- Ensure validation of payroll data.
- Ensure ADP performs payroll services based on client requirements while validating that ADP meets required statutory obligations.
- Adhere to ADP's quality standards, policies & procedures.
- Adhere to quality checks and controls , as the reports, inputs and processing done by you will be checked by another assigned associate.
- Working based on local country working hours
- At least 2 - 4 years in processing payroll.
- Ability to showcase working knowledge on Excel is expected.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge in Social Security and Taxation is desired.
- Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application.
- Possess logical and analytical skills with a flair for numbers.
- Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.
- Having an eye for detail is a plus.
