Real estate development company and privateequity fund in (Downtown) Miami, FL, looking for a tax savvyFinancial Reporting Accountant to oversee all tax compliance andexternal reporting matters for corporate entities with multipledeal structures. This role is expected to fully engage infull-cycle accounting processes to gain an understanding and ensurecompleteness and accuracy of financial records for the preparationof tax returns. This role is also expected to maintain professionalrelationships with independent accountants and stakeholders andserve as liaison with management. Other responsibilities includeassistance with financial reporting and Ad Hoc reports, asneeded.Qualifications·Minimum of 4+ years experience intax· Solid understanding ofGAAP· Proficiency in MS Office andExcel
