Main Responsibilities•Assist the Income Audit, Account Receivable, Credit &Collection and Accounts Payable functions.•Assist in the completion and routing for signature the daily incomeaudit package.• Assist in the reconciliation ofbank and credit cards transactions.• Assist inthe collection follow-up of outstanding ARbalance.• Act as witness for daily cashcollection and counting by the GeneralCashier.• Posting of all kinds of expenses,revenues and other financial transactions.•Verify that all expenses and transactions are supported by approveddocumentation.• Ensure the coding of expensesfollows the standard Chart of Accounts.• Codingof invoices to the appropriate general ledger account and submit toSenior Financial Accountant or Chief Accountant forverification.
