Reconcilerelated parties accounts and resolvediscrepancies promptly.Initiate all related parties rechargesbefore month end through DNor CN. Issuing LPOs and monitor budgetadditions requests and otherbudgetary controls on PRs and LPOs.Maintain database of allagreements with 3rd parties, coordinatefor accrual and follow up onrenewal before end date. Record timelyrevenue, receivables andcollections related for the company.Review suppliers advances& outstanding related partiesrecharges. Report toowners' family on their expenses.Prepare monthlysuppliers listing payment Assist in monthlyreporting packpreparation. Assist auditors and tax consultants intheirengagements and queries. Assist various consultants in newprojectsand implementations. Assist manager in ad-hoc reportingandqueries.
