Job Summary •Review services scope and ensure well defined SoW in place to bedelivered to customer • Highlight the potential deliveryrisks to services LOB to ensure proper mitigation either in cost,time or skills required • Provide high level projectschedule from the estimates given by the services LOBs •Estimate the require project management efforts to deliver thisproject • Perform internal kick-off to the project withall stakeholders • Review the documentation handed overfrom the sales team who worked on the proposal development• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendorsfor the execution of projects • According to project sizeand complexity, perform project definition workshop with customerand document outcome in Project Definition Document / Charter• Perform project methodology tailoring according toproject size, complexity and customer specific requirements• Assist in the definition of project scope andobjectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility • Ensure that all projects aredelivered on-time, within scope and within budget •Develop a detailed project plans to monitor and track progress• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule,and project costs using appropriate verification techniques• Measure project performance using appropriate tools andtechniques • Ensure milestone acceptance as planned bycustomer • Report project status and escalate tomanagement as needed • Successfully manage therelationship with the client and all stakeholders •Perform risk management to minimise project risks •Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Document project lessons learned during the projectclosure
