Salary $ 80,000 - $ 85,000Our client located on the West Island is currently searching for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service team. Are you currently a Customer Service Manager and in need of a challenge ? Are you a strong leader who enjoys coaching a team to success ? If so please read on as this might be the Customer Service Manager position you have been searching for !As Customer Service Manager your objective will be directed by an increased corporate focus and involvement with the purchasing strategy and objectives, plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the Customer Service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships, while supporting and meeting organizational objectives.· Oversee customer service functions to ensure that customer requests, questions and complaints are properly addressed.· Monitor quality of phone calls/emails and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.· Manage administrative customer policy changes to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. If needed, provide approval for refunds requests from accounting. · Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns· Provide information about products and services· Order entry, communicate pricing· Record details of communications with customers and actions taken· Search for answers to questions or solutions to problems as needed· TroubleshootingThe ideal candidate will have:· 5 to 10 years of experience in a customer service role· Bachelor's degree or Technical administration, marketing, logistics, management· Perfectly bilingual (required)· Good computer skills and Office Suite knowledge· Familiarity with Macola & WiSys is an asset· Quality over quantity· Asset: Knowledge of HVAC and/or refrigeration In addition, the successful candidate must have:· Strong customer service orientation;· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to details;· Effective communication/comprehensive skills -- verbal and written; "professional communicator"· Ability to function independently and multi-task;· Ability to effectively coach and mentor staff;· Strong analytical and numerical ability;· Ability to coach and mentor staff along with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to effectively work with all levels of employees and customers.
