We're a national leader in the consulting and sales industry, and we believe in providing our team with quality growth through passion.We're expanding our G2M team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition.This opportunity will provide you the chance to grow your CSM skills and expand to a new level.We're currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to help with our Onboarding & Customer Success.Our next CSM should have a consistent track record of success, a verifiable history of exceeding goals personally and through a team, financial aptitude, and the attitude to make a difference in a fun, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:This is a startup environment; you bring experience and aren't afraid to use and implement processes that made you successful in the past.Be what good looks like; you will build processes and lead by example. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.Developing and managing value based relationships with a portfolio of Dyne's accounts while maintaining positive retentionOnboarding of clients, including connecting their Meta and Google Business accounts.Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer adoptionProvide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficultiesPartnering with our customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support predictable growth for our business by acting as a trusted business partner.Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficultiesConsult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutionManaging an effective feedback loop for customer needs.Managing and de-escalating customer escalations and working with connective teams to resolve issues.Providing in-depth and thorough product demonstrations to drive additional growth opportunities.Partnering with the sales team (Account Executives, Sale Development Representatives) to assist in closing new customers - including developing Dyne implementation solutions.Cultivating a pool of advocates to support Sales prospects and grow our referral base.Qualifications:Self-motivation, collaboration skills, and passion for exceeding customer expectationsExperience with using Google Business Profile, Google Ads etcMeta ad creation experience, technical supportParticipate in the redesign of applications and other softwareProvide customer serviceStrong communication and relationship leadership skills, with the ability to effectively navigate organizations and champion joint partnershipsAbility to prioritize, multi-task, and perform optimally in ambiguous environmentsProactive customer management and sales instincts with a drive to promote revenue and growthHighly effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshopsExperience with account planning, managing and executing customer success plansAdaptable and growth oriented mindset open to feedback both delivering and receiving3+ years of customer-facing experience in a B2B/Enterprise SaaS environment as a Customer Success Manager, Account Executive/Manager, Sales EngineerBonus PointsRestaurant Experience - You've worked in a Restaurant and can speak the languageMarketing background - You have placed Meta ads beforeExperience with Salesforce workflowsAbility to learn, problem solve and adapt quicklyProven track record of portfolio management and understanding of Customer SuccessVibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done while having fun Desire to Win.Experience working with API-driven applicationsProven track record in a dynamic startup environmentWhat We Offer:The Acquisition Group offers all the work/life benefits you could ever want (and none of the micromanagement).Flexible Time-OffUnlimited Growth & AdvancementFully Empowered positionAbility to build and grow your own teamWellness programs, including 1:1 wellness coachingEmployee bonus referral programThe annual compensation range for this role is: $80,000 - $100,000 CAD.This specified range represents the On Target Earnings ("OTE") for the role, encompassing both the targeted sales commissions/sales bonuses and the annual base salary, balanced approximately at 80% Salary / 20% Commission.
