The company is based in Toronto, ON.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Outbound Email Marketing, Community, & Copywriting Manager at MILLIONS.co. The role involves managing outbound communications, building and engaging the fan, athlete, and other profile communities, and creating compelling copy for various marketing and sales channels. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, engaging with users and profile owners, and creating persuasive copy for marketing and sales materials and product copy support.Dive into a role that demands your expertise in crafting engaging email, SMS, LinkedIn InMail, and various campaigns aimed at enlisting athletes, driving product sales, and securing advertising collaborations.Some remote work is acceptable, but the position is primarily located in office in Toronto, ON.Role Highlights:Write amazing, compelling and influential copy. Mastermind and execute end-to-end email, SMS, and LinkedIn InMail campaigns.Leverage platforms like Hubspot, AWS Mail, and Twilio to create compelling content and designs.Implement and analyze A/B tests across messaging channels to enhance campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to synergize outbound communications and lead generation efforts, consistently achieving quarterly targets.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in community management and engagementEpic copywriting skills particularly in sales & marketing copy that converts. Has a proven track record in B2C eCommerce, B2B, or SaaS marketing.Proficiency in social media platformsProficiency in Hubspot Marketing platformAbility to create persuasive and engaging copyStrong organizational and project management skillsExperience in the sports or fitness industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldBeing obsessed with sports (Eat/breathe/sleep sports) is a plus.Have a winning attitude and personality and be able to display confidence to your clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCoachable and hard workingWho You're Working With?MILLIONS is founded by successful entrepreneurs Matt Whitteker, Brandon Austin, Scott Whitteker, Adrian Salamunovic, and UFC announcer Bruce Buffer.
