Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and providing strategic financial guidance. This is a critical leadership role that requires exceptional financial expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive financial performance.
Responsibilities:
-Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and oversee financial forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure the company's growth and stability.
-Accounting and Reporting: Lead the accounting operations, including the review of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk. Provide timely and accurate financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
-Payroll Management: Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with state and federal regulations.
-Tax Management: Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
-Accounts Payable and Receivable: Ensure the timely management of all payables and receivables, maintaining healthy cash flow and financial stability.
-Human Resources and Contracts: Oversee the HR Department, including handling contracts, benefits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Skills:- Strong knowledge of tax accounting, public accounting, and financial accounting principles- Proficiency in International Accounting Standards (IAS) and regulatory compliance- Experience in supply chain management and revenue cycle management- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset- Advanced proficiency in financial report writing and presentation skills- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting- Ability to assess risks and develop risk management strategies- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
