Observe proper wearing of neat uniform,good hygiene andappearance.2.Checking and reporting cleaners work as per the standard set bycompany.3.Record and assist visitors, contractors, delivery person, companymaintenance team as per the standards set bycompany.4.Passing information to security supervisor/manager, maintenancecoordinator, building management as per the standards set bycompany.5.Maintaining daily occurrences record in the security logbook.6.Completion of assignment instructions from the securitymanager/supervisor.Requirements7.Assist orderly control of crowds at the entrance and outside theentrance during emergencysituations.8.Patrolling the building time to time from rooftop to basements asper the standards set bycompany.9.Provide assistance to the tenants regarding theircomplaints.10.Providing assistance to tenants during move in and move out as perthe standards set byCompany.11.Access control of unauthorized visitors as per the standards set bycompany.12.Reporting of any property damage or unusual happening as per thestandards set bycompany
