As part of our growth strategy, we are recruiting an experienced professional to join our team in Toronto as Associate.MissionAs an Associate you will play an important role in all aspects of developing client relationships and executing transactions. You will be primarily responsible for pitching activity and project managing and executing transactions in support of senior investment bankers on the deal team. As part of each deal team, you will have extensive exposure to clients and will have the opportunity over time to develop into a senior client coverage or investment banking product role.Success at ClaritiTo be successful at Clariti, you would need to lead with a "we-first" approach, rather than a "me-first" approach. Our culture is one that emphasizes "flying under the radar . . . and then we arrive" - you would need to be part of that fabric.Success in the RoleTo be successful in the role you will have between 3 and 6 years of investment banking experience in a high deal flow investment banking environment within a Canadian integrated investment bank, global investment bank, independent investment bank or the M&A group of a big 4 professional services firm. You will have developed exceptional financial modelling capabilities with strong curiosity and attention to detail, the ability to project manage complex deals, a commitment to adhering to tight timelines and work independently at times with the support of the team. Expertise working on a variety of deals across a variety of sectors is preferred. You must be a team-player with strong communication and presentation skills. You have high integrity, authenticity, professionalism and a history of adhering to high standards. An undergraduate degree is a requirement; an MBA and/or CFA would be considered a significant asset. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Financial Services
