Job Description • Maintain, repairand do preventative maintenance on all plumbing, including allequipment, appliance, and minor repairs to the steam distribution• Maintain HVAC system • Maintain and drain roofvent and waste water system • maintain chilled andcondenser water distribution • maintain heating water andsteam distribution • Do all preventive maintenance asscheduled by the Engineering office • Maintain alldistributions according to the OBC and local authority •Assist with any Fire and life system issues • Do all workorders as assigned • Maintain potable hot and cold waterdistribution
