Acts as an initial point ofcontact for line managers and employees with Employee Relationsrelated issues, providing advice and guidance on policy andprocedure interpretation and ensuring to identify solutions thatwill positively impact their experience.Undertakes and supports internalinvestigations as appropriate, ensuring the undertaking ofevidence-based, and objective investigations. Reviews employeecomplaints and ensures accurate and timely progress anddocumentation of issues; escalates issues to senior HR leadershipas appropriate. Provides guidance and coachingto employees on grievances, escalating issues asappropriate.Responsible for business andstrategic planning required for thesection.Contributes to the enhancement anddevelopment of HR Policies through policy suggestions/revisionsbased on customer feedback and field application.Initiates and Supports Business Improvementinitiatives within HR Manages PersonnelAutomation Projects Handling of sectionaudits, audit reviews & reports and closing of auditfindings Ensures the employee records are keptaccurate and up to dateOther reasonable tasksas assigned by supervisorAdheres toSidra's standards as they appear in the Code of Conductand Conflict of Interest policiesAdheres toand promotes Sidra'sValues
