Education/Training: * Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, EYFS CACHE level 3 or 5 or related field. Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related will also be considered.Professional Experience:* At least two years on the same level with a proven track record.Specialized knowledge/Essential Skills:* Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite.* Completed Pediatric CPR/ First Aid Course is a plus.* Proficiency in oral and written English language is a must. Other languages are a plus.* Excellent communication and listening skills.* Creative skills such as music, dance, drama, art and craft.* Good organizational skills to plan the children's day and adaptability to quickly respond to children's different needs.* Ability to inspire and enthuse young children with respect.* Positive energy and stamina to keep up with the needs and energy of a large group of lively children.* Resourceful, responsible, patient and caring nature.* Ability to work independently with children and be able to work in the wider nursery team.
