As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersBecome an industry thought leader and help senior leaders shape the strategic vision for the productSupport commercialization efforts by partnering with Strategy / Pricing / Analytics / Sales on market research and competitive analysisSupport GTM efforts by partnering with Sales / Marketing / Client Solutions to effectively manage prospects and existing relationshipsIdentify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmapDesign, build and manage a seamless client onboarding experience capable of supporting the most sophisticated technology companies that operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globeMonitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicatorsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategiesStrong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiencesBe a persuasive negotiator and thrive in a high intensity environmentOperate with minimal guidance and oversight, capable of embracing ambiguityAbility to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models / naturally see commercial opportunitiesPassion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spiritAbility to adeptly pivot opportunities based on new information and market forcesResourcefulness to filter a large number of opportunities into the most impactful engagementsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsDemonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structureDemonstrated ability to meet aggressive growth metrics and client/partner development objectives, specifically for emerging businessesKnowledge of emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs, private labeling, SaaS models, and design thinking practicesExperience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.Understanding of the global payments industryCTP designation is an assetUndergraduate degree requiredGlobal travel required#J-18808-Ljbffr Management & Operations
