Russian-speaking Project Manager (Design Agency Experience)

Oddbee is hiring a Russian/English-speaking Project Manager for a 3-months contract. You will be the primary day-to-day leader in project management, responsible for overseeing the creative process from project initiation to delivery and play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction.This is a great opportunity for an energetic, ambitious individual with a solid experience managing branding and digital projects, a passion for design, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently running initiatives while simultaneously being a collaborative team player, committed to meeting our clients' expectations.You will be working closely with the Creative Director, Tech Lead and a small but mighty creative team to deliver branding, design, web, and digital projects for tech companies and startups across Canada and the US.Position:3-months contract with potential for extension or full-time.Competitive salary depending on experience.9 AM - 5 PM EST.Remote-first work environment.Responsibilities:Manage client relationships in regard to ongoing projects from initiation to delivery.Manage all projects (from branding to websites), and ensure they are delivered on brief, on time and on budget.Manage the workload and priorities for an in-house creative team and external contractors.Prepare proposals and estimates for new business.Build scopes of work and project timelines.Understand and translate business objectives into project briefs and communicate them to the team.Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, handle daily client communications, answer questions and address concerns.Provide project reports, status and billing updates to clients.Proofread (and translate, if necessary) all work before it goes to clients.An ideal candidate:3+ years of Project Management experience in a design, marketing or advertising agency.1+ years working for a Canadian or US company in a client-facing role.Solid experience managing branding, design and development projects. Outstanding project management, organization and prioritization abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong interest in design and technology.Working knowledge of print and digital media.Experience in building estimates and managing project profitability, financial management abilities.Self-motivated, willing to stay up to date in a fast-paced environment, engaged and persistent.Attention to detail. A service attitude.Able to work independently and to take ownership while being a team player and mindful of others.Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)Conversational Russian (speaking, reading)Nice-to-haves:Degree or diploma in business, marketing, design or communications.Copywriting skills are a huge asset.A background in graphic design, web design or a related discipline.Basic knowledge of Figma is an asset.Agile approach.
