Job overview:Working on SCADA architectureDesigning SCADA systemsDoing network diagramsDo the configuration of the elements of the system, and set up the parameters of the deviceWill have to use the different tools (internal or not) in function of the device they are working on (could be GE products, or Schweitzer, or Ryan..)Once the configuration is completed, will have to do the testing - the testing is done remotely - there is a lab in Arizona where the testing will be donePerform some troubleshootingWill have weekly meetings to discuss about how the work is progressing with the lead engineer, and will have some discussion more about the cost of the project, the ''commercial aspect'' with the PMMust-HavesSCADA configuration & testing experience (5 years)Experience working with GE protective relays and SCADA devices (like D20, G500, UR relays, HMI), but with the competitors as well like Novotech or Ryan (product UPS uses), or SchweitzerFamiliar with different protocols - DNP & ModbusExperience with troubleshooting Nice to Have:Networking knowledge is good but not mandatory (if they worked with switchers, firewalls, routers… IT Services and IT Consulting
