As a key player, you will collaborate with leaders to drive people strategies that align seamlessly with our client's business objectives. Responsibilities:Strategic Partner:Collaborate with our client's business leaders to understand objectives and provide HR insights and solutions.Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with our client's organizational goals.Talent Management:Oversee the full employee lifecycle at our client, from recruitment to onboarding, development, and retention.Implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues at our client, providing guidance and resolution.Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.HR Compliance:Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, ensuring our client's policies and practices remain compliant.Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks.Data-Driven Decision-Making:Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for continuous improvement.Provide insights to our client's leadership based on HR metrics and data analysis.About You:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
