If you answered 'Yes,' to all these questions, we want to hear from you. Reporting to the Senior Director, Client Services, as the primary liaison between the agency and your assigned clients, you will valiantly lead the agency's efforts in developing strategic marketing initiatives to meet clients' business goals. You'll make a plan and you'll communicate it to the client and your team members. You will oversee the project as it comes to life. You'll manage budgets (there will be spreadsheets involved). And you'll do it all with good humour and a can-do attitude.  Primary Responsibilities: Works to understand clients' business and operating environmentsOversees agency efforts to bring thoughtful, strategic ideas to the clientsBuilds great client relationshipsCoordinates projects across agency functions including research, strategy, creative, media, and digital activitiesResponsible for tactical execution of marketing plans Capably manages financial details including project estimates, budget control reports and revenue forecastsDevelops comprehensive project timelines and manages activity accordinglyWorks with team members to plan and manage agency resources across concurrent projectsProactively identifies and solves problemsKeeps up to date on trends in the industry, the news, and technologyParticipates in new business efforts; advises of potential for new business opportunitiesAttends appropriate business/social functions Qualifications: Approximately 5 years of relevant experience including a minimum 2 years of agency experienceUndergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institutionProven communication skills including excellent writing abilityDemonstrated ability to understand and manage project financialsExperienced in the use of Microsoft Office and Google equivalents (Doc, Sheets, Slides)Digital certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) considered an assetFamiliarity with productivity software (e.g., Basecamp, Slack, Teams) considered an asset About the m5 Group of CompaniesGroup m5 is one of Atlantic Canada's largest independent, integrated collection of industry leading communications firms - m5 Marketing and Communications, m5 Public Affairs, MQO Research and Group ATN Consulting.
