Working closely with well stablish financial services organization, we are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join their team supporting their insurance division.

- Organize and deliver training sessions, launch events, product positioning seminars, and other up skilling initiatives
- Work with the team to oversee the training agenda
- Offer expert guidance on the content and structure of learning and development events aimed at both customers and internal stakeholders. Conduct thorough market assessments to evaluate and analyze training, coaching, and other learning events organized by competitors.
- Degree qualification or above in related discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner gained from the banking industry.
- Strong business acumen mindset, confident, with effective interpersonal and communication skills capable in influencing and challenging then needed.
- Having prior experience in corporate training, sales coaching, or distribution support is viewed as a valuable asset.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Language proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a must.
