  As a Customer Service Representative, your focus will be to take ownership on managing customer’s inquiries, feedback & generate sales leads.   RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage large amounts of incoming chats
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives promptly.
  • Actively keeping records for chats summary.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be fluent in English & Mandarin (written & spoken).
  • Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change .
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated .
  • Good team player   that thrives in a communicative, feedback driven environment
