Job Description REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Paralegal Studies, Political Science or other allied courses
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Above average Written and Oral Communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Background in drafting contracts, affidavits, corporate legal documents
- Knowledge in SEC Registration and other company registration
- Assist the Legal Officer and the lawyers in preparing cases before the courts of law and quasi-judicial bodies, if there is any.
- Prepare written reports on the status of the active cases of the company and its clients
- Prepares and process legal documents and correspondences: contracts, MOA, affidavits, agreements, deed of assignments, SPAs, Secretary’s Certificates, Board Resolutions, Minutes of the Meetings, Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws, General Information Sheets, and other similar documents deemed necessary by the Company
- Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system
- Conduct research on laws, regulations and legal articles relevant to the business of the office and its clients
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing papers and maintaining and organizing reference files
- Liaise with different Governmental Agencies such as DOH, SEC, PEZA, DOLE, NLRC, BOI, BIR, BOC, LGUs to secure legal documents
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
