1. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers. Conduct supplier assessments, including price negotiation, contract review, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any quality or logistical issues. 2. Sourcing and Procurement: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and cost-saving opportunities. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet quality, pricing, and delivery requirements. Manage procurement processes, including issuing RFQs, evaluating proposals, and selecting vendors.
