KalSoft looking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant for Customer Engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions to improve customer engagement and support business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement CRM/CE solutions using various programming languages and technologies
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and requirements.
- Integrate CRM systems with other software and platforms.
- Develop CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports to satisfy business needs.
- Customize and maintain the CRM/CE system to ensure it meets the needs of the business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM/CE system
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Responsible to design class structure, data, model and application frameworks, leading development, and support activities.
- Responsible to develop Unit test code and support users during UAT.
- Responsible to develop, test, implement and maintainMicrosoft Power Platform and Logic apps-based integrations and migration utilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM/CE implementation/development
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps and other Microsoft technologies (i.e., PowerApps, LogicApps, etc)
- Should have done more than 3 implementations on online Dynamics 365 CRM
- Should be able to handle all configurations and customizations in the system.
- Experience working on click Dimension bolt on is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python
- Should be mix of functional and technical skills in MS Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of database management
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, functional programming, and front-end languages
- Working knowledge of enterprise integration and third-party enterprise integration tools (E.g., Scribe, WebSphere, Informatica)
- Deep background with installation, setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of CRM solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft SureStep methodology
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement certification is desirable at least in one area
