- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, powerful workstations, laptop hardware and software on-site and remote.
- Configure & troubleshoot endpoint devices, operating system, desktop, and all IT hardware assigned.
- Communicate with endpoint clients and vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned. ,
- Provide day-to-day support and assist for end-users of Laptops, PCs or servers.
- Support operating systems such as Windows & Linux.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer and general hardware issue.
- Exercise independent judgement consistent with department guidelines / standards.
- Organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes.
