Duties & Responsibilities:Create and present initial design specifications for various workplace apparel and accessoriesUse graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, to create digital patternsSubmit sketches for review, and execute the sketches once approved.Create technical packs and update as required for all styles determinedConduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns for proper fitParticipate and understand in production process and its facilitation by documenting all design details and templates from initial sample to productionForecast upcoming trends while maintaining a high level of relevancy and exceptional quality of product/designHelp in sourcing and developing seasonal fabrics and textiles as neededCollaborate and communicate with sales representatives to follow merch plan needs and account needs of the customersExperience, Education, and Skills Required:2 Years Experience in Clothing/Textile design and pattern makingExtensive Experience with Adobe IllustratorOutstanding Interpersonal and communication skillsHungry and motivated to pursue leads with strong self-disciplineDemonstrated track record of being a self-starter and taking initiativeHighly organized, detail oriented, and good with technologyFamiliarity with MS Office and other relevant softwarePerks and Benefits:Full group health insurance benefitsTight-knit, social work environment where we also have fun while workingCreativity and thinking outside the box recognized and applauded here!Free unlimited snacks and drinks in the officeMany company events for socializing, such as Activate, escape room, sports activitiesCompany meals and celebrations for special occasions!Significant room for growth as company expandsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
