Position: Recruitment Consultant Employment Type: Contract ( Leading to Permanent based on performance ) Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Basic Salary:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment: Up to RM 2,500
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment & client liaison: Up to RM 3,000

Job Descriptions:

• Screen applications, manage interviews and assessments.
• Identify and approaching suitable applicants based on clients' requirements.
• Develop a good understanding on the job requirements, client's companies/environment/expectations and industry.
• Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media platforms - job boards/ social medias.
• To be the vital link between clients and candidates/applicants.
• Perform reference checks and hiring arrangements.
• Work towards and exceeding the targets set by the management - number of applicants placed, value to be billed to clients and/or business lead generated.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR/Marketing/Business Studies/Communication or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment & client liaison.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• A self-starter with the drive and initiative and able to work as a team/individual with a positive attitude and open minded.
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
