Role Description The Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for keeping the Delivery Hire team’s systems operating reliably, focused on the quality and veracity of information, generating documents that will support daily operations, supporting the team in managing its requisitions and managing access to Job Boards. Principle Accountabilities:
- Oversee, manage, and report data on key performance indicators focused on the Direct Hire team.
- Develop a spreadsheet for data visualization while aiming for productivity improvement.
- Administer the Candidate Management Systemwhile following up with Houston and Delivery Centre if necessary.
- Support and facilitate onboarding and team events.
- Sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates across multiple industries.
- Advanced English skills.
