You will be supporting and reporting to our Global Support Manager and Canada IT Manager.Your PositionAnalyzing, categorizing, and handling level 1 and 2 requests and incidentsEscalating requests and incidents to different teams: operations, networks, and systemsCreating and updating support proceduresDeploying workstation setups (master)Monitoring and updating workstation managementMonitoring and updating mobile telephony managementQuality reviewing documentation and procedures for all three sitesCollaborating with IT teams in France: System, Network, and OperationsManaging infrastructure projectsSupporting the creation of new tools and reportsBe a primary resource that will help to create new reports and tools.Represent Ayming's interests to our suppliers and partners in IT.Your Talents and professional aspirationsYou have :A degree ranging from Bachelor's to Master's level in IT, or 2 years of experience in the same fieldThe position requires fluency in both French and English (oral and written)Strong writing skillsCustomer service orientation and teamwork spiritGood knowledge of the Windows environment, Microsoft Office, and Outlook..You are:Organized, rigorous, and proactiveSynthetic, methodical PossessingExcellent interpersonal skillsIf you become an Aymer ?We offer an ideal work environment for our employees - Ayming Canada is proud to announce that we have been certified Great Place to Work® after an extensive and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute® Canada.
