Job Description
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining calendars and coordinating appointments
- Bilingual typing, preparing and comparing reports
- Filing
- Organising meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Prioritizing activities
- Liaising with organizations and clients
- Coordinating mail campaigns and similar marketing tasks
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Frontdesk operations and greeting clients
Job Skills
- Good communication skills (at least bilingual; English and Arabic). French speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Flexibility
- Tact, discretion and diplomacy
- The ability to be proactive and self-initiation: to see what needs to be done and do it
- The ability to work with computers with ease (eg Microsoft Office) and to learn required software if required
