For more information, visit miovision.com.Position SummaryAs a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our Salesforce implementation. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for our CRM platform's day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement. You will work closely with internal business analysts and technical architects to identify, develop, and deploy new and improved processes and capabilities for sales, support, marketing, and finance teams.Key AccountabilitiesServe as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce environment with 100+ usersHandle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, profile and permission management, reports and dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and other routine tasksComplete regular internal system audits and prepare for platform releasesCollaborate with the Security team support overall platform securityCoordinate the evaluation, scope, testing, and completion of new development requestsWork with our functional business leads to define suitable processes to support operational, administrative, and change management activitiesAssist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organizationEffectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teamsWork independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirementsSkills/Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administratorSalesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified is an assetSales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferredProven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoptionStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalityStrong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom objects/fields, formula fields, workflows, process builder, flows, reports/dashboards, and managing profiles/permission setsExperience with Salesforce CPQ and Communities is highly recommendedStrong data management abilities, including experience with Excel/GSheets and SOQL for data export, manipulation, and upsert back into the systemA documented history of successfully driving projects to completionA demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirementsPrevious experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferredAdditional AssetsSalesforce development (Apex coding, Visualforce pages, Lightning components)Web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)Big-data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI)Experience with Marketing CloudExperience with ERP systems, such as NetSuiteExperience with project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience with building or maintaining integrations between different business systemsExperience delegating and managing work for third-party service providers to executeExperience with international data privacy and other compliances as it relates to our business system processes and data governancePerks and Benefits (Canada)Note: We have reopened our Canadian and US offices but will continue to offer flexible onsite and remote work options.
