Mr. Lube Canada has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary One year term Change Manager based in our Richmond BC, or Mississauga ON office.Are you ready to put your talent to work for a leading Canadian brand? Mr. Lube + Tires is undertaking a project to launch a new IT Sales Platform and in-store customer service process. We are looking for someone to lead the Change Management process of this project. This will involve working with key stakeholder groups such as Mr. Lube + Tires management, franchisees, and their front-line and back-office staff to understand their needs and concerns. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that lead to stakeholders' buy-in and adoption of the new platform and processes. The successful applicant will work closely with the internal project team, including senior management of Mr. Lube + Tires.Key Responsibilities:Implement change management programs and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness. Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Complete change management assessments and identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics. Consult and coach project teams and manage stakeholders. Track and report issues and support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities. Work with change champion network, build strong relationships to execute change activities. Measure change readiness and close gaps.Required Skills:A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Required Experience:Possesses experience in managing and executing end-to-end implementations, overseeing all stages from initial planning and design through to final deployment and post-implementation review.Has experience and understanding of operating within a franchisee business model, with the ability to manage and implement change strategies effectively in such a setting.Experience working with a national retailer.Experience with large technology deployments.*Travel requiredThe successful candidate is a natural leader who is comfortable acting as a business partner with franchisees, and internal departments.
