Guided by the values of the company, Customer Service works to exceed external and internal customer expectations in the areas of order placement, product delivery, and customer invoicing. The Office Administrator ensures timeliness and accuracy in executing administrative activities for the Canadian Commercial team and oversees the management of the Winnipeg Head Office.9 Month Contract - to the end of the calendar year with possibility of extension or conversion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage data entry and tracking of in-CAN and US-CAN shipments.Provides prompt response and follow-up to customer enquiries.Process PO's, delivery notes, and assist in month end reconciliations as required.Assist with processing carrier invoices, shipments, and account payable transactions.Manages correspondence with external customers via phone and email.Ambassador to our brand while delivering our brand promise.Executes order-to-invoice transactions to ensure accuracy and ensures compliance with regulatory and other audit requirements, within a paperless document system.Winnipeg Office oversight (office management, supplies and facilities)Support to Leadership Team (admin., event planning & scheduling, fleet management)Support the team's projects and initiatives being deployed in Canada, as applicable. The successful candidate will possess:Strong ability to anticipate needs and problem solve.Written and oral skills to communicate with all levels of business.Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Previous experience in using SAP preferred.Effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect broadly across functions.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable setting the pace rather than awaiting direction.Experience in the Canadian Agriculture industry is an asset.Aligned with our core values of creating simplicity, working with passion, getting things done & empowering our people.
