The chosen individual will be responsible for leading technical teams, offering direction and mentorship in the areas of SDLC and Application Portfolio Management, and fostering connections with various internal business units as well as dealer stakeholders. This opportunity provides a hybrid work environment, based on respect and teamwork, a competitive compensation package, and plans for career growth and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLeadership and relationship managementResponsible for a team including Developers, Analysts, Solution Architects, Development Leads, vendors, and partners, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and design, through to implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance.Foster the growth of expertise in the management of Application Portfolios and Technology Roadmaps.Lead constant enhancement initiatives toward excellence in service deliveryEstablish and execute IT capabilities and solutions across various platforms.Built relationships and worked collaboratively with other affiliates, peers from other IS functional areas, external vendors, and leaders across the organization.Set objectives and roadmaps, promote technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills of the team, and provide feedback.As a Business Relationship Manager for the client's business units (8 to 12, on average), should establish a network to deliver technology consulting in business terms, budget planning, and enhancement.Administration and technical practicesManage daily activities, issue resolution, and communication across project execution teams to deliver projects on time, and budget.Advise during vendor negotiations, the establishment of Statements of Work (SOW), and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Manage budgets, purchase orders, vendors, contracts, and daily departmental tasksOversee resource allocation and performance evaluation, and facilitate communication among project execution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.As a technical product owner, manage a team of Application Managed Services (AMS) partners and control contract renewals, resource management, and performance analysis.Manage DevSecOps, Adobe, Salesforce, and Software Development frameworks, ensuring SDLC best practices success.Qualifications10+ years of experience in application development and integration environments.6+ years of experience leading mid to large-scale business systems implementation teams.6+ years of background in Project and Program Management, Change Management, and Release Management.Organize several teams and highlight best practices in coding standards and quality assurance.Understanding how to bridge the gap between technology and the business.Experienced in application development, including DevSecOps and SDLC, across various platforms (Java, MuleSoft, AWS, SaaS, PaaS), and database integration with systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Manager.Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile, CMMI, and TOGAF are advantageous.Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.We thank all candidates in advance.
