Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

We do this by sourcing, designing and/or manufacturing a comprehensive array of industrial workplace safety products and making them available through trusted global sales and distribution partners.The primary purpose of our ERP Support Specialist is to ensure integrity of the data within MRP, perform supply chain related analysis and support management to ensure we have accurate data to drive our decisions.As an ERP Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:Perform analysis on data sets concerning MRP, inventory, and sales.Generate and analyze inventory reports as required.Create and maintain Style Guide for new Item Code creation.Update Item Creation SOP's as needed.Maintain and process changes to all PNs, BOMs, and routings.Create all new PNs and BOMs.Create and maintain Machine and Work Centers.Update Base Calendars (working and non-working days).Calculate MRP policy, have it approved by management, and implement MRP policy.Review and approve all Elephant Wall SOs.Perform bulk data uploads as required to support Senior Functional Consultant and the purchasing team.Participate and sometimes lead inventory cycle counts and update inventory data for all locations, to ensure high accuracy of inventory to support MRP.Participate in the measuring and reporting of KPI's as directed by management.Other duties and/or projects that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS:High school Diploma required.Minimum of 2-3 years of ERP experience, preferably in Business Central or NAV, in manufacturing/similar environment.Minimum of 2-3 years of intermediate to advanced level excel related experience.Ability to read BOMs and related engineering drawings.Strong communication both written and verbal.
