So, Stelco is bringing together the people, technology, and unmatched market knowledge to, once again, take on that challenge from here at home.System AdministratorJob Location Onsite : HamiltonJob Type: Full timeAbout the roleThe System Administrator role is responsible for working as part of the Collaboration/System Hosting team providing management, administration and support of cloud-based systems in the environment including Email, Azure, and CyberArk and associated Cyber Security protocols. This position involves supporting and monitoring O365, Exchange, Security Endpoint Gateways, Fortimail and ActiveSync. Your day-to-day · Manage and support cloud-based environments including O365, Azure and CyberArk. · Working as part of the Collaboration/System Hosting team ensuring that these environments are properly monitored and configured continually using MFA and working with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve any issues. · Working and collaborating with Vendors on ensuring environments are set-up and enforced using best practices.· Responsible for Security endpoint gateway set-up and ongoing management.· Coordinating patching and working with Vendors to ensure that environments are kept up to date with latest patches.· Management and administration of Azure environments.· Help develop and implement technology roadmaps and standards· Manage customer support for break/fix and enhancements. · Assist with maintaining the security of the environments both internally & externally· Assist with solving complex problems with many variables· Manage technology vendors· Participate in developing test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for various projects· Remain available for off-hours support for both Hamilton and Lake Erie facilities including weekends and evenings as required. Job Qualifications · Bachelor of Computer Science or related field. · Minimum of 5 years' industry experience Job Skills and Knowledge · Datacenter/ISP experience · Email/ Cloud experience· Expertise with managing and supporting security email gateways· Security experience with ActiveSync or OWA· Experience wit Fortimail and Palo Alto Networks preferred· Expertise with OpenSource email systems.· Scripting skills.· Clean driving record· Strong verbal communication, written communication, and listening skills· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Your work environment · Normal, fast-paced office environment for a high impact team.
