Based on a microservice architecture, Payfare's core platform has proven capabilities of processing high volumes of payments.Job OverviewPayment Implementation Manager oversees relationships with strategic partners and vendors. You will act as a liaison between the company and its partners and your responsibility will include setting up new partners, managing existing partnerships and ensuring partner satisfaction. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.Reports ToSr. Partner Relations Manager Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors/partners.Foster strong relationships serving as the main point of contact throughout the implementation process. Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication, address concerns, and resolve conflicts effectivelyConduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.Customize payment solutions to meet clients' specific needs. Configure settings, such as program configuration and setup according to client requirements.Address any issues or concerns raised by vendors promptly and work to resolve conflicts or disputes in a fair and equitable manner.Create training materials and offer ongoing support to address any questions or concerns.Conduct thorough testing of integrated payment systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and security. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with vendors and internal teams to validate system performance and address any issues identified during testing with vendors.Address customer concerns or issues promptly with vendors and escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour in all interactions with vendors and colleagues.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues.Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar enterprise client relationship management role and a bachelor's degree in business administration.Knowledge and experience managing vendor programs - In-depth.Excellent client management and relationship-building skillsKnowledge in the payment industry - Preferred.Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.Verbal and written communication skills - In-depth.Collaboration and team skills - In-depth.Analytical and problem-solving skillsData-driven decision making.Equal Opportunity Payfare Inc. recognizes the importance of providing an accessible and barrier-free environment to succeed.
