You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and implementing innovative sales strategies. You will also play a key role in winning new business via outbound initiatives that propose a wide range of digital marketing solutions (web design, SEO, PPC, social media, content) to small to medium-sized businesses across all industries in Canada, North America, and internationally.If you are passionate about leveling up a bunch of talented individuals and wish to advance your sales career in digital marketing, this position is for you!What your day-to-day looks likeManage the daily performance of our sales team of Senior Digital Consultants and Business Development Representatives.Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/development.Engage, motivate and inspire our local sales team, with a focus on inclusivity and "ethical and winning" sales culture.Actively participate in the management of all aspects of our customer acquisition strategy.Achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuous management of sales activity.Create a customer-centric culture and ensure a sales process that establishes customer sustainability and a healthy customer-centric ethic.Monitor team attendance (time and attendance, performance, etc.).Develop and execute strategic development plans.Punctual team training.Participate in interviews to recruit new team members.Take responsibility for the team's sales activities in the sales systems: Hubspot, Dialpad, Pandadoc, etc.What you bring to the teamExperience managing a sales team with an established track recordExperience in a high volume/fast-paced industry is preferred; experience in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channelsSuccess in selling in B2B market and exceeding revenue targetsProficient in English and French (oral and written)Coaching skillsDigital marketing knowledge and experience is a plus: SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, E-Commerce ServicesExperience developing sales strategiesAbility to create and maintain a healthy sales cultureComfortable managing changes, continuous improvement mindsetExperience/knowledge using a sales CRM (Hubspot)Why join UbiwebCompetitive salary based on experience + bonusFull benefits for you and your family, including health, dental, vision, etcContinuous personal development, growth opportunitiesYoung and tech-savvy work environmentPublic transit accessible and plenty of free parking availableMinutes from Quartier Dix/30Best coffee in town and healthy snack barA fully equipped private gym at the officeDedicated social events during office hours///Qui nous sommesNous sommes Ubiweb, l'agence de marketing numérique qui connaît la plus forte croissance au Canada.
