They are currently in need of an Estimator to estimate industrial, commercial, and institutional projects in the GTA.In this role you will be required to• Prepare/review tender documents• Prepare trade lists and invitations to bid• Prepare full construction estimates• Select Sub-trades • Prepare, monitor, and update construction budgets• Review and analyze submitted tenders • Prepare contract documents• Review trade contractor change orders• Prepare trade contract final accounts• Track Construction Project from start to finishSkill Requirements:• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project or equivalent• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem-solving skills• Ability to manage your own workload • Committed team player with experience working with a team of estimatorsWhat you'll get in returnYou will get the chance to work in a great environment and on challenging projects.
