As Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for the estimate work of our Electrical Construction projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. You will ensure all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented and you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations while continuously improving the project bottom line.DutiesPrepare estimates, bid submissions and project profit plansAssemble accurate and well organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Design-Build and Construction projectsBuild and maintain relationships with contractors and clientsInterpret scope of works and drawingsPrepare and review compliant budget and tender documentsMaintain thorough records of unit rates for industry standard pricingSolicit competitive pricing from trades & suppliers and track follow upReview pricing quotes for accuracyCompile budgets for general expenses and overheadsOther duties as requiredSkills and Qualifications3-5 years of relevant experienceProven experience in managing electrical design projects for residential, commercial and retail clientsExcellent knowledge of Electrical CodeFamiliarity with AccubidA track record in…o Team managemento Business (profit and loss) managemento Project management (scheduling, budgeting and hand-over)o Team leadershipo Stakeholder relationship managemento Management reporting and strategic planningBenefitsCompetitive salary based on prior experienceEmployer covered Health and benefitsTraining and professional development support3 weeks vacationUp to five days paid sick leave per yearAnnual profit sharing plan4% GRSP Matching Contribution Construction
