Director, Salesforce Technology and Product Delivery

The Opportunity:Join our team as the Director of IT Delivery, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing IT operations with a primary focus on Salesforce-driven software product delivery. If you have a proven track record in senior IT leadership, proficiency in Salesforce, and a passion for product management, we want to hear from you.Day to day you will be responsible for:Salesforce-Centric IT Leadership:Lead the software development team with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration, development, and implementation.Drive Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring measurable business value.Product-Focused IT Operations:Participate as an executive member on the product roadmap team. Providing recommendation and direction on product backlog creation and prioritization.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT development projects related to our cloud-based vendor management system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions.Optimizing Team Performance:Provide dynamic leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Ensure the right talent is in place through effective hiring, training, and performance management.Hold teams accountable for delivering on commitments, optimizing resources to achieve the highest quality standards.Budgeting and Resource Management:Develop and manage the IT department's budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.Forecast technology needs and expenses, providing input for strategic financial planning.Security and Compliance:Develop and implement security measures to protect data, networks, and systems with the product ecosystem.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.It would be amazing if you have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.Proven track record of delivering complex IT development projects on time and within budgetProficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or DevOps).Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce development leadership experience in lieu of.Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.The Company:Flextrack is a cloud-based vendor management system (VMS) designed by expert contingent workforce practitioners and technologists that enables automation, control, and optimization of your changing workforce.
